Contacts

This is a private reference site, not a Bee County office. We cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, release a person from jail, post bond, schedule visits, pull official booking records, or change a court file. Use the official contacts below for those requests.

Where to Check First

For current Bee County jail questions, start with the Sheriff's Office and Jail. The county points users to Texas IVSS for custody status, but the jail phone is the direct local contact when the online path does not answer the question.

  • Bee County Sheriff's Office and Jail: 1509 Galloway Dr, Beeville, TX 78102.
  • Phone: 361-362-3221.
  • Fax: 361-362-3227.
  • Sheriff: Randy Aguirre.
  • Jail Administrator: Roselee Bailey.

For records not posted online, frame the request under the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 552, and identify the person, booking or arrest date, and the record type requested.

  • For someone believed to be in the county jail, use jail inmate records and then contact the jail if IVSS does not confirm the status.
  • For booking photos, use jail roster mugshots and ask the sheriff's office what can be released.
  • For charges filed after an arrest, use court records after a jail arrest.
  • For a specific holding location, use the facility pages listed in the footer.
  • For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Texas Department of Criminal Justice inmate locator rather than the Bee County jail.
  • For federal or immigration custody, use the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator or ICE Online Detainee Locator System.
