Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Bee County Inmate Population. If you do not agree to them, do not use this site.

Bee County Inmate Population is privately owned and is not affiliated with Bee County, the Bee County Sheriff's Office, any jail, TDCJ, or any government agency. Neither this site nor its advertising or search partners provides consumer reports, background checks, or FCRA-covered services for employment, credit, insurance, tenant screening, or similar decisions.

What This Site Is

This is a private reference guide. It does not store official jail, court, booking, warrant, or TDCJ records and cannot confirm custody status, release anyone, post bond, or file documents for a user.

The site points visitors toward Bee County inmate and jail-record resources, Texas IVSS and TDCJ locators, court-record paths, and third-party research tools. Texas Government Code Chapter 552 may govern requests made to Texas public offices, but this site is not the public office that answers those requests.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the site in a way that violates any law.
  • Do not use information found through the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
  • Do not make hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other eligibility decisions from site content.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or partner services.
  • Do not use bots, scrapers, or bulk harvesting tools.
  • Do not interfere with site availability or other visitors' use.

No Consumer Reporting Use

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide consumer reports, credit reports, background checks, or screening products. You agree not to use any content, linked result, or partner-search output for FCRA-covered purposes, including:

  • Employment, promotion, discipline, or termination decisions.
  • Tenant screening or housing eligibility.
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
  • Licensing, permits, benefits, or government-program eligibility.
  • Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Links and Services

Pages may link to sheriff and jail resources, TDCJ, IVSS, BOP, ICE, court portals, legal resources, and outside search services. We do not control those websites, endorse every result they display, or guarantee their privacy practices, pricing, uptime, or accuracy. Review their terms before using them.

No Warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant:

  • That information is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a specific purpose.
  • That the site will be uninterrupted or always available.
  • That errors, bugs, or security issues will never occur.
  • That partner search results will be complete or useful.

Custody records, court entries, bond information, and public-record access can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from Bee County, a sheriff's office, a court, TDCJ, or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bee County Inmate Population and its operators are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, inability to use the site, reliance on information, linked services, partner tools, or errors and delays in public-record systems.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Bee County Inmate Population and its operators harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site, your misuse of information, or your violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

The site's text, organization, graphics, logos, and code belong to Bee County Inmate Population or its content partners. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or republish site material without written permission except where law allows.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.

Access Limits

We may limit, suspend, or block access to the site at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes must be filed in courts located in Texas, unless a different venue is required by law. Texas Business and Commerce Code Chapter 109 may apply to certain criminal-record publication businesses, but this site does not host official criminal-record files or booking-photo databases.

Severability

If a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. The invalid part should be narrowed or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
